The Sheridan Arts Foundation celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with Billy Nershi of String Cheese Incident and the Travelin’ McCourys live in concert at the Sheridan Opera House on Monday, March 17, 2014. Tickets are $30 general admission floor and $35 reserved seats in the balcony. They’ll be joined by opening support Pert Near Sandstone.

The SAF and Telluride Ski Resort present reggae legends Steel Pulse live at the Telluride Conference Center on March 20 for the third installment of the Telluride Conference Center Winter Music Series. The seventh annual Telluride Yoga Festival will be held July 10-13, 2014. New owners Erika Henschel and Albert Roer are pleased to announce that Noah Maze, Scott Blossom, Peter Sterios, Cat McCarthy, and Beryl Bender Birch will be among the 30+ professionals presenting at this year’s event. Henschel says “It’s going to be a fantastic festival with each teacher brining a unique viewpoint and covering a diverse amount of yoga disciplines.”
New this year, the festival has added more venues and a greater number of classes in both Telluride and Mountain Village, and plans to base itself out of the Mountain Village Conference Center. The festival plans to open online registration with the full line-up and schedule in February 2014.
In its 7th year, the Telluride Yoga Festival is an intimate yoga retreat held in the spiritual mountain setting of the sacred Telluride valley. It begins with all-day intensive trainings on Thursday, which are followed by three days of classes, lectures, mediations, music, and gatherings in the Bhava. Pricing for a 3-day pass is $395 and $495 for the 3-day plus the Thursday all-day intensive.
